(1) The Foundation may establish any educational institution for the purpose of providing education in various subjects.
(2) A nursing campus operating under a hospital at the time of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) The operation of the nursing campus shall be as prescribed.
